1-Uncal 
2-Central (transtentorial) 
3-Cingulate (subfalcine) 
4 Transcalvarial 

Infratentorial herniation

5-Upward (upward cerebellar or upward transtentorial) 
6 Tonsillar (downward cerebellar)
